Yoga is so much more than the postures. It’s the intentional movement, the being still, the quieting of the mind. There is purpose and meaning in each pose beyond just the physical benefits. All of this combined brings healing to the soul and wellness to the mind and body. There’s just nothing else like it. I teach because I want to share this gift, this discipline with others. I want them to know this joy too.
